ABOUT THE ROLES
As 2IC you will be responsible for partnering with and assisting the Store Manager in driving sales results for your store. In your role you will partner with the Store Manager on the following:

• Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
• Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey
• Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
• Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives
• Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory
