HVAC Site Manager – National Tier I Mechanical Contractor
Location: Brisbane CBD
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Vehicle Allowance
Project Duration: 12 months on current project with healthy pipeline of projects work after this.

Are you an experienced HVAC Site Manager looking to make an impact with a leading national Tier I Mechanical Contractor? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team and support the delivery of a major infrastructure with a mechanical package valued at over $30 million for a Tier I builder client.

About the Role:
As an HVAC Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day site activities for a significant industrial facility project. Reporting directly to an experienced Project Manager and working alongside another Site Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of HVAC installations and mechanical works. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to its success over a two-year period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site HVAC activities to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues on-site and provide guidance and support to the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HVAC industry.
• Proven experience managing sites with a mechanical package value of $10 million or more.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
