About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sessions West Brunswick' as a full-time Store Manager. Based in Brunswick West, VIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

Manage all store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and cash handling

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and profitability

Ensure the store meets all regulatory and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail leadership role

Minimum 5 years experience

Strong customer service orientation

Thorough understanding of the retail liquor industry and its regulations

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Must have own vehicle
