Description

  • Oversee the management of master data set, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate, consistent and up-to-date master data within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Establish and enforce data governance protocols ensuring data quality and compliance with global data governance framework
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand and meet their data requirements
  • Develop and implement data improvement strategies
  • Monitor and analyse information and data systems
  • Identify and address data-related issues in a timely manner
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the data management team
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and technology advancements

Profile

A successful Master Data Manager should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing industry
  • Experience in master data management, data governance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Expertise in ERP systems. Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work inclusively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in database management systems and data analysis tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
