What You Bring:

A Degree in Early Childhood Education

Relevant Teacher’s Registration (if applicable)

Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willing to obtain)

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Your Role:

Deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and creative learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework

Build meaningful relationships with children and families to incorporate feedback into the program

Mentor and support your team to deliver the best outcomes for children

Partner with our management team to lead exciting projects and policies that strengthen our community

Maintain and contribute to children’s portfolios and ensure the planning cycle is implemented

Play an active role in fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
