We are looking for receptionist to join our team.

The position will be primarily based at our Upper Mount Gravatt, with some travel between branches required on occasion.

The Role:

Welcoming and greeting patients upon arrival

Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions

Manage appointment scheduling and reminders

Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

All administration responsibilities for the practice including emailing correspondence

About You:

High attention to detail

Flexibility, reliability and punctuality

Have amazing communication and interpersonal skills

A cheerful and friendly manner

Be keen, energetic and hard working

Have excellent organisational and time management skills

Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing environment

Own transport and license
