Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
Pro Rata amount of $83,916 - $89,248 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 3) + Superannuation

Your new role
As the Development and Digital Media Officer at Rockhampton Museum of Art, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our engagement with members and donors.
You will be instrumental in the preparation, design, and delivery of marketing communications across various digital and print platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials to enhance member and donor engagement. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of events that foster community involvement and support for the Rockhampton Museum of Art. You will also administer and maintaining our information systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our membership and philanthropy activities.
In this dynamic role, you will also manage reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales, and performing daily reconciliations. Your ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. You will contribute to continuous improvement strategies and help develop work practices and policies that support the growth and success of Rockhampton Museum of Art.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
Extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of design, marketing, communication, museum studies, visual arts administration, or related disciplines.
Understanding of data driven fundraising and/or philanthropy.
High level attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to problem solve.
Confident communicator who enjoys developing relationships with business and stakeholders of all levels.
Ambition to ensure that all outcomes and targets are met with optimum efficiency and effectiveness.

Application Criteria
Qualifications in Customer engagement, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar field.
Demonstrated experience in preparation, production, design and delivery of online, digital and print engagement and promotional activities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders and provide the best customer experience.
High level knowledge and understanding of marketing, fundraising or philanthropy and visual arts administration.
