About the Role

As Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms. You'll own content planning and development, work with influencers, manage community engagement, and collaborate cross functionally to ensure consistency in brand voice and creative excellence.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you’ll be a vital member of a 15 person Digital & Marketing team. This team is responsible for all things digital from eCommerce strategy to marketplace management and creative production.

Your Day-to-Day

Plan, brief, and review social media content that aligns with brand tone and KPI goals

Create engaging visual and written content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more

Manage workflow and approvals for timely, high quality content delivery

Monitor social channels and manage community interactions and enquiries

Collaborate with influencers and content partners to amplify brand messaging

Analyse social trends and suggest creative ways to boost engagement

What You Bring

2+ years' experience in social media content creation and community management

Strong copywriting and editing skills with a creative eye for visuals

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Hootsuite)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Passion for design, digital trends, and growing brand presence online

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple teams
