You won’t need to fix chaos — just lead confidently, mentor others, and keep the rhythm going.

The builder is privately owned, delivery-focused, and quietly becoming one of the most respected names in their space. They do design and construct work almost exclusively and bring clients in early through their in-house consultancy.

You’ll be reporting to an experienced Senior PM who will give you all the support you need. You’ll have autonomy over a major scope of work and the chance to step into a bigger leadership role as the project progresses. You must have delivered large-scale jobs before, especially with a strong service focus, such as data centres, labs, or hospitals. This is critical.

They use Procore and Microsoft Office. Their subcontractor base is solid and long-term.

The salary package is up to $210k, including super.
