ThinkPods (part of the Garden Studios group) is a design and construction start-up located in Moorabbin, Victoria. We build architecturally designed prefabricated outdoor pods that are typically used for offices, music studios, and spare bedrooms. This role blends consultative sales with design advisory. As the first point of contact, you will schedule display viewings and guide clients through the design process before handing projects over to project management. We are a customer-centric business that prioritizes understanding our clients’ needs, shaping everything from our designs to our research and development efforts.

What you will do:

Achieve monthly sales targets

Call customers to understand their needs

Carry out display viewings

Conduct design meetings and provide guidance on finishes selections

Draft quotations

Coordinate architectural drawings and subsequent revisions

Site visits with the project manager

What we're looking for:

2+ years of sales experience

A demonstrable interest in design

Experience within the building/ construction industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Full working rights in Australia

A Victorian driver’s licence and car

Desirable: A degree in architecture, construction or a design related field

Immediate start. Due to the nature of the business, this is an in-office role. This role will require working 4 weekdays and Saturday. You will be reporting to the Commercial Director.
