We are looking to engage a highly motivated Project Manager to join our client’s high energy and inspiring team and lead the delivery of commercial Fit-out and Construction projects ranging from $3M to $20M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from pre-construction through to completion and post-handover
• Manage and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Oversee project compliance, quality assurance and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Manage tender processes, negotiate contracts and handle procurement
• Drive project timelines and construction programming
• Monitor budgets and financial reporting, identifying opportunities to maximise profitability

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally as a head contractor
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach and mentoring mindset
• Calm, solutions-focused and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Education and Government project experience is advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore or Jobpac is preferred but not essential
