Project Manager – High-End Commercial Fit Out | Tier 2 Builder

Our client is a progressive and well-established business, working alongside some of Australia’s leading Asset Managers, Building Owners, Architects, and Corporate tenants. Known for technical excellence, attention to detail, and a partnership approach to project delivery, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role: As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically valued between $1M and $10M. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery — from pre-construction and design management through to subcontractor coordination, cost and program control, and client management.

You’ll join a professional and supportive leadership team that values collaboration, integrity, and quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and/or refurbishment projects between $1M–$10M.
• Strong financial, contractual, and program management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop CA's and Site teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.

Salary: A competitive package will be offered in line with experience and capability. PAckage from $180k to $210k
