Supervisors, Bartenders, Cocktail Specialists, Waitstaff & Events Coordinator

OYDIS, Ashburton’s acclaimed modern gastropub and cocktail bar, is growing — and we’re looking for passionate and experienced front-of-house professionals to join our team. With a brand-new kitchen and dining space launching in May 2025, this is your chance to be part of something exciting from the ground up.

We’re hiring across multiple FOH roles, offering opportunities for individuals with a range of experience levels. If you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and love hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Now Hiring:

FOH Wait Staff – Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred in in hospitality or similar venues

Bartenders – Minimum 2 years’ experience in busy bar environments

Cocktail Bartenders – Minimum 2 years’ cocktail experience, with a passion for creativity & precision

Supervisors (Bar & FOH) – Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership roles

Functions & Events Coordinator – Minimum 2 years’ experience planning and executing events in hospitality or similar venues

What We’re Looking For:

Confident, guest-focused professionals with excellent communication and service skills

Strong floor and bar experience, and a calm, positive approach under pressure

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset — especially important for the Events Coordinator role

Familiarity with OpenTable/SevenRooms or OrderMate is a bonus, but not essential

Availability across evenings, weekends, and events as needed
