Service Control Coordinator

DXBI is a privately owned dealership for Fujifilm, formerly Fuji Xerox and have been awarded the exclusive dealership for Office Photocopiers and Printers in the South metropolitan area. We service over 3,500 individual contracts from our Canning Vale head office and warehouse.

Our Technical Client Service management system is responsible for receiving orders for service jobs from clients and Fujifilm, maintaining photocopiers and printers in the field within our stated service response and repair times. We receive requests via the Fujifilm system and also direct from our own DXBI clients.

The Service Control Coordinator (SCC)works in a team of4 service technicians, one IT technician, our logistics officer and reports to the Service Manager. We have an experienced team with great culture and a strong will to provide peerless service to our growing client base.

The position requires the SCC to coordinate field service calls placed by clients. Scheduling the technicians daily work roster is key through ensuring efficient travel and correct parts usage to meet our SLA's. coordinating with the logistics officer and Service Manager provides the SCC the ability to control the workflow and be part of a strong team culture

The successful applicant should:

Have good PC skills, Excel, and Word to utilize our system.

Good verbal and written communications

Outgoing Personality to interact with staff face to face and clients via phone calls.

Understanding of the flow of parts and consumables to ensure smooth operation.

Experience in service scheduling

Experience in working as part of or managing a team.

Clean Driver’s license

Safety awareness
