An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a 3-6 month contract basis. They are located within the heart of Macquarie Park, close to public transport + free parking and offering 2 days work from home flexibility.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working collaboratively among a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Predominately to ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims. High volume invoice processing is highly advantageous.
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures and systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance manager or senior management.

About You:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
  
• Prior experience processing 100+ invoices daily
• Previous experience with a large ERP software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle or SAP etc)
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, a willingness to provide support in a team environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
