With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to pushing boundaries, they’re now on the lookout for a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead projects and ensure every job is delivered to the highest standard.

🔨 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers

✅ Oversee daily site operations and manage projects (across to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery

✅ Maintain exceptional quality control, ensuring no stone is left unturned

✅ Order materials and coordinate deliveries with support from the administration team

✅ Be in constant communication with both your internal team, supplies and contractors and clients

✅ Attend to on-site issues with a proactive, calm, and solutions-focused approach

About you:

Prior construction experience (pool experience is a bonus)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Excellent communication and admin skills—you’re organised and detail-driven

A genuine pride in your work and passion for delivering outstanding results

Current driver’s licence and White Card

A positive attitude, great sense of humour, and a team-first mindset

✨ Nice to Have

5+ years of construction or project management experience

Familiarity with software like monday.com or Buildertrend for job tracking and project updates
