About the Role

Location: Joyner Office (this is an on-site role)

Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm)

Rate: $30-35/hr + Super

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate administrative support for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Providing professional and friendly customer service.

Managing inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.

Preparing, issuing, and following up on standard quotations.

Booking customer work into the schedule.

Monitoring stock availability for booked jobs.

Daily scheduling and issuing run sheets for field teams.

Assisting field teams with inquiries and resolving issues.

Reconciling customer payments against invoices.

What We’re Looking For

Bright and friendly personality with strong people skills.

Highly organised and detail-oriented with a reliable work ethic.

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Xero.

Previous experience in a trade business or sales environment is advantageous.
