This is your chance to join an up-and-coming commercial Victorian builder developing in Northern Victoria. With offices in Albury, they’ve quietly built a strong reputation by delivering quality office and defence projects in the $2m to $15m range. They’re growing the right way, sensibly, sustainably and with the right people.

You’ll be office-based, working closely with a capable project team. You’ll support procurement, subcontractor engagement, document control, and financial admin using ProcurePro, Procore, and MS Project. There’s no weekend work, no messy site politics, and no unnecessary stress. Just a supportive setup where you can focus on doing good work.

You won’t be one of many stuck behind a spreadsheet with no input. You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team where your voice matters and your work has an impact. You'll report to the Area Construction Manager based in the head office. He has a solid reputation and a good personality. You'll have some fun along the way!

The salary is up to $100k plus super, depending on experience.

Ideally, you’ve worked as a CA or Project Admin for a head contractor or at least in a setting that mirrors the day-to-day pressures of project delivery. Think subcontractor engagement, procurement documentation, head contract claims, and progress tracking.
