This privately-owned commercial and industrial builder has been operating for over 30 years and continues to grow within a specialised area of the commercial and industrial construction market. With a strong and steady pipeline of work and consistently delivering high quality outcomes, the business has built a reputation for reliability and long-term client partnerships. They are now looking to appoint a Junior Contracts Administrator to support a regional project, with the role based in their Brisbane office.

Your new role
You’ll work alongside the Project Manager and broader delivery team to assist with contract administration across the life of the project. Your day-to-day will involve preparing and issuing purchase orders, assisting with procurement and subcontractor engagement, managing registers, and supporting financial tracking and reporting. The initial project will be long-term and well-resourced, with the majority of the team operating from Brisbane.

What you will need to succeed

• 2–5 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator role
• Solid understanding of procurement and subcontractor processes
• Experience with Procore or Breadcrumb will be advantageous
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly with internal and external teams
• A relevant tertiary qualification in construction or a related field
