As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing relationships with dealerships, and optimising asset financing solutions to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong business relationships while maximising portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dealership sector to promote growth in asset finance.
Develop and manage relationships with dealerships to understand their needs and align them with suitable asset finance solutions.
Monitor portfolio performance to identify opportunities for optimising financial outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Deliver training and support to dealerships regarding asset finance products and services.
Negotiate and structure financial agreements that benefit both the company and its clients.
Key Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in asset finance, dealership account management, or a related role.
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of asset finance, lending, and dealership operations in Australia.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Analytical Ability: Strong skills in financial analysis and risk assessment.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating and structuring deals effectively.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and financial software tools.
Self-motivated: Capable of working independently and managing multiple accounts effectively.
