Key responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document system and data requirements.
Design, configure, and improve business systems using best-practice methods and tools.
Lead end-to-end testing, implementation, and adoption of system enhancements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
Resolve system-related issues and provide ongoing support, documentation, and training.
About you
Relevant ICT qualifications and/or significant equivalent experience in business analysis and system configuration.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, process design, and solution delivery.
Able to translate business needs into effective, user-focused system configurations.
Excellent communicator with the ability to document clearly and work across teams.
Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
What we offer you
Base salary between $89,760.55 and $99,774.18 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
Permanent and full-time (Total 37.5 hours per week)
19-day month
