Rogers Construction Group is a privately owned Sydney based commercial construction company completing projects NSW wide with offices also in Newcastle, Wollongong and Melbourne. Rogers Construction Group specializes in education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living and government projects.

Our Minor Works team has experienced significant controlled growth and are now seeking another Minor works Supervisor with a Carpentry background (preferred) to join our young and vibrant team. Experience running multiple sites at any one given time is a must.

Salary package/rates will be discussed during the interviews of shortlisted candidates.

Minor Works Supervisor

Role and responsibility:

• Start to finish site supervision and management of allocated building projects.
• Pre-construction preparation and communication (to clients, site personnel, and office staff)
• Clear communication with the Operations Manager for schedule updates
• Ensuring quality of trades finished work.
• Ordering materials for allocated jobs (when required)
• Solution-based troubleshooting of any on-site issues
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are up to code.
• Quality assurance control
• Liaising with clients and the Operations Manager to ensure communication is sound.
• Ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded.
