Your new company

Hays have partnered with a rapidly growing player within the FMCG manufacturing space, with HO based in Toowoomba, to assist in their sourcing of an experienced finance professional to support and drive an exciting ERP upgrade across all finance and business functions to achieve project milestones.

Your new role

Reporting to the CFO, you will primarily be the key finance person on the ERP project and responsibilities include:

• Management of the ERP project requirements and timelines
• Collaborating with stakeholders and project teams
• Assisting with design and delivery of training
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
• Budget and forecasting preparation
• Wider financial accounting duties, including involvement with reporting
• Any other tasks or projects as determined by the leadership team

What you'll need to succeed

• Sound technical accounting knowledge and ability to keep up to date with Accounting Standards
• Experience with supporting or managing an ERP transformation or large-scale upgrade
• Previous exposure to data migration and testing activities
• Be reliable, conscientious and motivated with a high level of attention to detail
• Highly analytical and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
