The Role:

Gather by Cater Care is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and talented chef to join our team at one of our prestigious colleges, located within the renowned Australian Ballet School in The Basin, Victoria.

Roster: Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our customers
• Ongoing Menu Development & Refinement
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Provide excellent customer service to students
• Perform general kitchen duties, including dishwashing
• Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude

Your Background:

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
