We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Brimbank Operations Centre

The role

Reporting to the Building Maintenance Coordinator we are seeking an Community Facilities Management Advisor who can bring their skills and experience for:

• Customer Service and Stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain polices, procedures and frameworks to support the organisations Facilities Emergency Management framework
• Develop and deliver Facility Emergency Management training, awareness and exercises.
• Coordinate the completion of Facility Emergency training, awareness and exercises.

To be considered you will have:

• Experience and knowledge of Facility Emergency Management and relevant legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Qualification and/or demonstrated experience in Facility Emergency Management or relevant substantial experience (5 years or more)
