About the role:

Due to a number of high profile strategic projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with UKG Pro WFM experience to join the team on an initial 6 month contract.

In this role you will partner with various business stakeholders to understand business needs and any potential change impacts. In short you will be required to ensure the delivery of key project initiatives that meet expectations.

This is a 6 month initial contract (is likely to extend) and is hybrid located with 3 days in the head office. The office is based within Melbourne's South-Eastern Suburbs and is close to the freeway and offers onsite parking.

The Senior Project Manager is needed to work on a number of strategic and high profile initiatives within the Group. These include :

Software upgrades to include the lastest versions of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions)

Implementations, ensuring all part of the business are on the same WFM platform

Working across the enterprise to ensure WFM compliance with the latest pay rates, codes and cost centres. This is as per the relevant Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA's)

Key skills & responsibilities include:

Project Management experience in business facing roles and a track record of implementing time & attendance/ EBA/ projects on time, to a high quality and in budget.

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practice and ability to adapt the methodologies to suit the project need

Understanding of change and impact to the business.

Experience in a fast paced and changing environment (Ideally within retail sector)

A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people at all levels of an organisation

Excellent communication skills required, in both written and presentation form

Proven experience of implementing successful change initiatives
