Liquor Masters International are on the hunt for a new team member to assist our current production team!

As a Production Administration Assistant in beverage manufacturing, your role would involve supporting the smooth operation of the production process through administrative tasks, data management, and reporting, ensuring efficient production and inventory management. You will be supporting and working closely alongside our Production & Logistics Manager, and primarily be based out of our production facility in Truganina.

Administrative & Planning:

Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing production schedules, ensuring timely production and delivery.

Reporting: Prepare and analyse production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and other relevant information.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste. You must be able to lift up to 25kg as weighing and measuring ingredients will be part of this role.

Procurement: Support the procurement of necessary materials and supplies for production.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for production staff, communicating updates, instructions, and addressing concerns.

Quality Control: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in data management and reporting tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus

Familiarity with beverage manufacturing processes is beneficial

Ability to be onsite at our production facility in Truganina 3 days per week - days are negotiable to the right applicant.
