We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administration Assistant with experience in admin or bookkeeping—ideally within the FMCG industry—to join the team on a part-time basis (approx. 20 hours/week).
Melbourne | 20 hours/week | Flexible Days & Hours
Japanese, Korean, or Chinese speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Admin support using Xero (invoices, POs, credit notes, payments, reconciliations)
Weekly and bi-monthly reporting
Office and logistics coordination (samples, stock, exhibitions)
Support marketing activities (quotations, event liaison)
CRM data entry and general office support
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years’ experience in admin or bookkeeping
Experience with Xero preferred
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping is a plus
Strong communication & time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
