Market Bistro is located at Maroochydore and they are searching for an experienced Sous Chef to join their fast-paced kitchen team!

Market Bistro is one of the leading restaurants on the Sunshine Coast, featuring in The Delicious Top 100 and Number 3 in Queensland for Steak. We are expanding our team in preparation for the upcoming busy second half of the year and are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a full time position. We offer flexible hours and a good work life balance working in our busy venue.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen

Strong team skills

Excellent communication skills

Energetic and enthusiastic

Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Trade Cert in Commercial Cookery qualification

Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen

Professional engaging manner with strong communication to interact with a diverse range of people.

Flexible availability including weekends
