We are looking for a talented and passionate Caffetteria Chef to join our kitchen team and help run the BOH operations of our extremely busy caffetteria. We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience working in a café, breakfast service, or similar fast-paced

environment

Is passionate about high-quality, simple food made well

Has strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service – egg cookery, sandwiches, salads,

toasties, etc.

Is confident in working independently or with a small team

Understands food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene standards

Has strong organisational skills and is good at prep and time management

Can keep cool under pressure during busy morning and lunch rushes

Is punctual, reliable, and takes pride in consistency

Is happy to be part of a growing business with a focus on quality and community. And

Main responsibilities

Preparing and cooking the caffetteria breakfast and lunch menu items from scratch

Managing daily mise en place and ensuring freshness of ingredients

Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service

Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe at all times

Managing stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and reducing waste

Potentially contributing to menu development and seasonal changes

Being a team player and helping to build a positive kitchen culture
