Roles & Responsibilities

• Accounts payable / data entry / reconciliation
• Accounts receivable / data entry / reconciliation
• Chase customer for outstanding debt
• Reconciling bank, credit card and general ledger accounts
• Resolve customer queries and maintain good relationship
• Email accounts management

What we’re looking for

Accounts experience and relevant qualifications highly regarded

Prior experience within Accounts receivable/ Accounts Payable /stock reconciliation and data entry is highly desirable

Ability to integrate and work well as part of a team

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload

Very high attention to detail

Intermediate competency with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
