Sinopec Hong Kong (Australia) Pty Limited is 100% owned by Sinopec (Hong Kong) Limited. We conduct businesses such as trading, wholesale and direct sale of fuel products and third-party vessel refueling in Australia.

Job Responsibilities

Preparing full set of accounts including month-end closing;

Performing daily accounting function and provide general accounting support;

Filing all tax return and submission of books and schedules to government;

Liaising with government bodies;

Assisting in coordinating auditing matters with external auditors;

Updating on accounting standards to ensure compliance of corporate policies and statutory requirements;

Supporting ad hoc assignments and projects.

Job Requirements

Diploma holder or above in Accountancy;

At least 3 years working experience (Retail experience is highly preferred) or 1 year of relevant experience in petroleum industry is highly preferred;

Experience in filing official documents to government departments preferable;

Expert proficiency in MS Excel with some operational experience in SAP;

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and detail-minded;

Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and a team player;

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred;

Ability to work independently;

Immediate available is highly preferred.
