The Opportunity
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a $10M industrial new-build located in Moorabbin. You’ll be supported by a capable and down-to-earth project team, working within a business that combines structured systems with a personable and inclusive approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site-based activities to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain program and standards
• Uphold best-practice OH&S across site operations
• Collaborate closely with the PM and head office team to resolve issues proactively
• Foster a positive and efficient site culture with clear communication and leadership

About You:

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects up to $10M
• Strong understanding of structural and services coordination
• Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
• Committed to delivering safe, organized, and high-quality sites
• Confident communicator with strong team leadership skills
