Working for this top residential builder you will help their clients on their journey through the building of their new home. You will develop trusting relationships with your clients to ensure their journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible. You will need to have worked for a builder to have a good understanding of the building process, contracts, variations and timeframes.

Internally you will liaise with the building supervisors once it goes to site to ensure that timelines are being followed.

You’ll need to have a good understanding of HIA contracts, permits, and attention to detail to ensure all contractual information is captured.

Ideally, you’ll come for a project home builder who is building over 50 homes for a year, but you will only be looking after up to 30 files at one time. Experience with Onsite Companion is ideal but not a pre-requisite.
