Our Client:
A privately-owned Strata & Facilities business serving the St George, Sutherland Shire area for over 30 years. Their success is built on confidence and strong networks within their community, where locals support locals.

This role is perfect for someone keen to get their start into the strata industry.

You will shadow a Strata Manager for six months before transitioning to manage your own small portfolio of approximately 15–20 buildings. The pace of the transition can be tailored to you—if you have transferable skills, you may take on your portfolio after just three months, or extend the transition period up to 12 months if you'd prefer more time to build confidence

Day to Day Tasks include

• Communicating with Owners Corporations & tenants
• Attending and chairing meetings (AGMs, EGM, SCM)
• Providing superior service and informed advice to your committees
• Undertake remedial buildings works as required
• Ensure building is compliant with NSW laws - Insurances, Fire, Agency agreements, WH&S, Valuations
• Prepare annual building budgets, Issue levy notices

Who We Are Looking For:

• Strong administration skills & customer resolution skills
• Willingness to undertake Class 2 License in Strata Management (Must obtain Certificate of Registration in Strata ASAP)
• Enjoy building relationships and like solving problem clients
