Our client is a specialist defendant insurance law firm located in the CBD with a strong reputation in insurance. Our client is known for delivering commercially sound and timely legal advice. It prides itself in providing a personalised service and cultivating long-term relationships with their clients, being the key to their success. The team is friendly and supportive and good training and mentoring for new lawyers.

The Role

This role will see you working on broad ranging insurance/civil litigation matters from product liability, property damage claims, public liability and personal injury matters, professional indemnity matters, general commercial litigation matters. The work is complex, challenging and interesting.

This is a tremendous opportunity for growth, to become a pillar of the team and build the team further. Our client has the resources to take on a wide range of high value and challenging cases.

You

The successful candidate will have:

• 4+ yrs personal injury experience in insurance law or personal injury law
• Our client will consider plaintiff or defendant experience
• Ability to run files autonomously
• Good communication skills and able to confidently speak with clients
• Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
• Commercial acumen
• Strong work ethic
