About the Job

The Operations & Administration Assistant plays an essential support role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Top End office run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the needs of staff, programs, and community. The role combines administrative, logistical, and practical responsibilities, and requires good planning, organisational, and communication skills.

This role supports team operations, facilitates inductions and office amenities, manages supplies and documentation processes, and contributes to a safe and welcoming office environment for staff and community. About You

You are a First Nations person who is a team player and is willing to get things done. You are an organised and practical person who enjoys helping others and making sure things run smoothly.
