Aussie Motor Group is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a skilled automotive trimmer to join our Brookvale workshop. We focus exclusively on high-end classic vehicles — mainly Land Rover Defenders and Porsche 911s — delivering handcrafted interiors with serious attention to detail.

We’re the team behind Aussie Defender and Aussie 911, known for creating quality, bespoke interiors for iconic classic vehicles. Our builds are crafted with precision and a deep respect for both OEM design and custom detailing. We’re small, tight-knit, and serious about doing great work — every stitch matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

Remove and refit interiors: seats, dashboards, door cards, consoles

Trim leather, vinyl, and Alcantara using patterns or custom layouts

Refoam and restore seats as needed

Maintain high-quality finish across all components

Work with OEM style — or custom, depending on the client

Collaborate with the team to solve tricky fitment challenges

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in automotive trimming or upholstery

Skilled with sewing machines, foam shaping, and hand tools

Good understanding of interior fitment, structure, and trim materials

Confident working independently and as part of a team

Bonus points for experience with Defenders or classic Porsches
