Work alongside in-house teams using advanced technology like 3D printing, CAD, and laser cutting

Collaborate on complex interior design solutions and push the boundaries of what’s possible in custom trimming

Maintain a clean, organised workstation and take ownership of individual projects

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in motor trimming or automotive upholstery (minimum 5 years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to top-level finishes

Good work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team

Passion for the trade and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes

Experience with classic or high-end vehicles (desirable but not essential)

Ability to manage workload and meet quality standards without compromise

What You’ll Get:

A long-term opportunity in a well-respected and growing business

Exposure to modern tech such as CAD, 3D printing, and laser edging—no two jobs are the same

Your own workstation in a clean, well-equipped workshop

Support from a team that values your input, ideas, and craftsmanship
