Our client is a highly regarded private practice in Kilsyth looking to add an experienced Registered orClinical Psychologist to their accomplished team of Psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers. The practice has a fantastic reputation, established referral streams via private GPs, Medicare, private individuals, NDIS and TAC, and can triage these referrals to match the expertise of their clinicians.

The Role:

• Remuneration: Earn a competitive hourly rate of between $120-$160 per session with the ability to set your own session fee.
• Tailored Caseload: Referrals are heavily triaged by the practice manager, and allocation of these referrals is collaborative between clinician and leadership.
• Administrative Support: Administration support including initial booking of appointments and billing is provided to you as a clinician.
• Office and Location: Well-resourced office located in Ringwood.
• Clientele: Working with adult clients aged 16+ with complex conditions including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Grief and loss and Bipolar Disorders along with more common presentations such as Anxiety and Depression.

Your duties will include:

• Provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse client base with clients referred from private, GP, Medicare, TAC and NDIS.
• Maintaining professional relationships and correspondence with referring GPs and other allied health practitioners.
• Upkeep of case notes, file management and the upholding of all required legal and ethical standards.

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Eligible to obtain Medicare Provider number
• Minimum of 1 years post registration experience
