Felix & Sage Psychology, a Maroondah Business Excellence Award 2024 Finalist, is a growing and dynamic clinic with two well-established locations in Ringwood and Forest Hill, Victoria. Our clinic name, Felix & Sage, translates to "Happy and Wise," reflecting our mission to help clients leave their therapy journey feeling a little happier and a little wiser.

Our Ringwood site is centrally located in a renowned medical and allied health precinct, just a short walk from Eastland Shopping Centre and Ringwood Station, with the convenience of our own off-street car park. Our Forest Hill clinic is similarly well-positioned on Canterbury Road, opposite Brentford Square Shopping Centre, also with it's own off-street car park available.

Our team currently comprises 18 caring and knowledgeable clinicians who are trained in a variety of therapies with differing levels of experience. Each of our team members bring their own unique qualities and areas of interest, which has enabled us to create our wonderfully diverse clinical team that work alongside our dedicated and friendly administrative team.

We have developed our model to have a focus on both practitioner and client needs which has enabled us to create a unique workplace that has been commended by our clients and team members alike.

About You

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered or Clinical Psychologist with an interest in working with diverse client presentations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You’ll have the option to join us as either an employee or a contractor, with a competitive remuneration package and access to a Professional Development (PD) budget if employed.

Essential Requirements

Full registration as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA

Have own Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance as required

Be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number

Have a current working with children check

A desire to work as part of a close-knit and supportive team

Australian Business Number (ABN) and eligibility to work as a contractor (if applying for the position as a contractor)

Have passion for and drive to provide accessible services in our local community

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in CBT and other evidence-based interventions

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to provide thorough and timely written reports, letters to referrers and session notes

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services
