Based in Melbourne, Four Point Therapy provides mobile, in-clinic, and Telehealth Allied Health services, empowering Participants to achieve meaningful outcomes and live life to their full potential.
We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and Registered Psychologist to join our Melbourne-based team. You’ll enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload, providing therapy in Participants’ homes, via Telehealth, and in our North Melbourne clinic.
At Four Point Therapy, we focus on ethical service delivery – no billable targets or unrealistic KPIs – allowing you to concentrate on what matters most: providing impactful, high-quality care. Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
AHPRA Registration as a Psychologist (General Registration required)
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent
Experience working within the NDIS framework preferred, but not essential
ABN required – we can support you in setting this up
Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
Current Police Check
Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
Strong understanding of evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Laptop and reliable internet connection
Genuine care and ability to build rapport with participants and families
About the Role
Provide community-based, in-clinic, and Telehealth Psychological support to NDIS participants in Melbourne – the successful candidate must be able to travel to service participants in the community across Melbourne
Minimum 2+ days p/w (10+ hours weekly)
Work with both NDIS-funded and private clients
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to:
Cognitive and behavioural interventions
Mental health support
Development of emotional regulation and social skills
Psychoeducation and capacity building
Functional behavioural assessments and therapy plans
Receive ongoing support from our Senior Allied Health team
Collaborate with other Four Point Therapy professionals – Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists – to deliver holistic care to your Participants
Liaise with support coordinators, families, and other key stakeholders
Potential to take on a leadership or supervisory role for the right candidate
