The role:

Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team

Support our current clients and explore future growth

Working with the team to onboard candidates and support the running of our current sites.

Ensuring compliance is met and managing our current data base of quality staff

Assist in the rostering of staff on a daily basis

Assist with inductions of staff on site

Assisting the recruitment team with Performance Management, Absenteeism issues and payroll queries

The Person:

We are looking for someone who is GREAT with people and knows how to read them! Must be mature minded, level headed and is able to operate autonomously. You don't necessarily need to have Recruitment experience, however some commercial exposure in the business world would be preferable. A Warehousing/Logistics background would also be handy!
