Job Title: Landscape Construction Supervisor
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000
Locations: North and South Adelaide

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Landscape Construction Supervisors to join one of our multi-award-winning commercial landscaping companies, specialising in landscape construction and design. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading a small crew and taking the lead in delivering a variety of commercial landscaping projects across Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Soft landscaping
• Basic irrigation
• Mulching, planting
• Sanding and grinding
• Screeding, paving
• General landscaping as required

• Lead and supervise a small team across multiple sites to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery
• Perform hands-on landscape construction duties for small to medium-sized projects, including:
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with staff, clients, and the public
• Delegate tasks effectively to tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors
• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and other project resources
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with WHS guidelines and incident reporting procedures

Requirements

• Current manual driver’s licence
• Certificate in Landscaping or Horticulture (highly regarded)
• Experience in a supervisory role (Team Leader or Leading Hand level)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscape construction, including soft/hard landscaping, irrigation, turf, and paving
• Proven project delivery experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
