Construction Supervisor

Full time positions are currently available within the company for experienced Construction Supervisors

Required:

· Experience as a Site Foreman/ Construction Supervisor, preferably in Utilities construction

· Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Ability to effectively manage and motivate construction crews

· Thorough knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures

· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

Skilled in:

· Supervising and directing the work of construction crews, including pipelayers, carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors

· Coordinating and scheduling project activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements

· Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

· Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on the construction site

· Liaising with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects

· Providing training and guidance to crew members to improve their skills and productivity

· Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the construction process

Annual income for standard 38-hour week excluding superannuation starting at $95,000 per annum commensurate with industry rates, skills and experience. Regular overtime available along with company vehicle and necessary tools provided.
