Joined a fantastic CA firm that has over 35 years of experience providing personalised services in Business Tax & Advisory, SMSF, Tax Planning, and Trusts & Asset Protection. The business has a very loyal client base that spans across a variety of excellent industries including retail, inventory, legal services, healthcare, hospitality and construction.
The Founding Director has a wealth of knowledge with an ex-Big 4 background and 20 years of experience which you will have direct access to. The firm is highly reputable and was built off referrals so you would be stepping into a very established client portfolio.
They are now seeking an experienced Managerial candidate due to the retirement of a long-standing staff member. The role will be a 2IC position and will manage a team of 3 offshore staff members who take on the grunt work and compliance tasks so you can focus on building and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for your own portfolio and providing clear and frequent lines of communication with clients, consulting and providing advice around tax planning and issues, reviewing the function of the offshore team and strategizing. The portfolio mainly compromises of professionals, HNWIs, property developers, private equity, and investments.

This opportunity will suit someone who wants to make the move to a family friendly environment, but still having the independence to run their own client portfolio.
The ideal candidate with have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Manager in business services and be CA/CPA qualified. To be successful you will need to be knowledgeable in compliance, tax planning, and have fantastic client relationship skills. This role can be 4 or 5 days a week position and is quite flexible to work around your schedule.
