The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Roster Clerk with a background in managing complex schedules for larger organizations? Do you have a knack for multitasking and thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a skilled Roster Clerk to join our team, supporting a 24/7 operational workforce with scheduling for up to 100 staff at any given time. This role offers the opportunity to work within a structured rotating roster alongside another Roster Clerk, with hours generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (flexible between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM). This temporary role is currently anticipated to be 36 - 38 hours per week.

About You

• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) - Essential
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex rosters, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment
• Strong understanding of award conditions and rostering systems
• Able to work flexibly, including the potential for rotational weekend coverage and variable hours
