The Role

We seek a skilled Network Engineer to join a dynamic operations team. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to manage diverse networks across multiple environments, platforms, and locations. You'll support engineering staff, contribute to network management, and gain exposure to various industries, expanding your expertise. A great chance to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intermediate-level network support via multiple channels including phone, ticketing systems, and onsite services
• Address incidents, service requests, and changes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in generating reports and delivering them as required
• Coordinate and execute risk remediation initiatives
• Support connectivity migrations for clients
• Perform onsite field services for network hardware such as switches and routers

About You:

You bring a solid foundation in network engineering and are comfortable managing systems across diverse environments. You're proficient with Cisco technologies and have hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls. Your technical acumen in routing, switching, and troubleshooting at the packet level is complemented by strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in Cisco infrastructure and Palo Alto Firewall systems.
• Strong Data Centre and extensive MPLS experience
• Background in multi-site or multi-tenant environments.
• Proficiency in routing and switching protocols.
• Exposure to customer premise equipment (CPE) and willingness to travel to client sites (driver's licence required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
