About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who wants to work across Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Escalation Support while being part of a growing, fast-paced environment.

Based in Macquarie Park, this permanent full-time role requires three days onsite per week, with parking available. You will be a crucial part of a high-performing team, collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex network solutions. Additionally, you will support the MSP team with escalations and participate in an on-call roster for high-priority infrastructure support.

Once in a month, this role will be required to be on-call for 1-week. There is a weekly allowance for this.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex networking, security, and unified communications solutions.
• Work across LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Unified Communications, Security, and Application Delivery.
• Be the go-to expert for escalations, providing critical support to high-priority issues.
• Engage with customers in a consultative role, helping design solutions that align with business needs.
• Work alongside the MSP team to resolve escalated issues and provide strategic technical input.
• Participate in on-call support to ensure smooth operation of critical systems.

Must have:

• Must be a permanent Australian resident with full working rights.
• Australian driver’s license with the ability to travel to client sites (including urgent, unplanned visits).
