About the role

Covergirls Bar and Lounge in Cairns, Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a casual Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons

Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are well-stocked and properly sanitised

Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and company policies

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience working as a Bartender in a similar high-volume bar or hospitality environment

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, from evenings, weekends and public holidays

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Willing to obtain Adult Entertainment Controllers licence

Living in Cairns for longer than 6 months
